Preparation:

Prepare the bananas: Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.

Freezing: Place the banana slices in the freezer for at least 2 hours until completely frozen.

Blend: Place the frozen banana slices in a high-powered blender or food processor.

Add ingredients: Add the cocoa powder and honey (or maple syrup).

Puree: Blend everything until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved. You may need to occasionally stop the blender and scrape the mixture off the sides to ensure everything is blended evenly.

Serve:

Serve immediately as the ice cream tastes best fresh and creamy.

Tip:

You can refine the dessert with additional toppings such as chopped nuts, coconut flakes or fresh berries.
