Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef or sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Add the onion, green pepper, and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, diced tomatoes, and milk. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
