Smothered Chicken Recipe
This recipe is for four servings. If you need to feed a crowd, you can easily double or triple the recipe.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup olive oil
1 onion, chopped
