Banana Nut Bread:
7 cups White Lily All Purpose Flour
8 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup shortening
2 2/3 cup sugar
8 eggs
4 cups peeled and pureed over ripe bananas
3 cups chopped walnuts
