Ingredients:

1 cup (100g) rolled oats
3 medium apples, grated
1/2 cup (120ml) water
1 banana, mashed
3.5 oz (100g) dried cranberries, rinsed
3.5 oz (100g) raisins, rinsed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup (50g) your favorite nuts
Directions:
Prep the Fruit:
Grate the apples and mash the banana. Rinse the cranberries and raisins.
Combine Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Mix Everything Together:
Combine the wet ingredients, dry ingredients, and all the fruit into a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
