• 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper
• 1 cup cheddar and monterey jack cheese

• 1 cup apricot jam
• ¼ cup dark brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon sriracha
• ½ cup bourbon
• ½ cup bbq sauce
• ¼ cup water
