Tuna Mousse Stuffed Tomatoes

We don’t really want to prepare complicated dishes, or spend a lot of time cooking.

That’s why we present you the recipe for tuna mousse stuffed tomatoes, an easy recipe to prepare and doesn’t require a lot of time or effort. A very simple recipe but very popular because it’s very fresh!
Another easy recipe that can be prepared in advance, that’s exactly what we’re looking for for this kind of evening, right? It allows you to make lots of different little things in not too much time!

For this recipe I used the smallest vine tomatoes I could find, you can use cherry tomatoes, but I think they’re a bit too small, it’s up to you!

And for the filling, a tuna and cream cheese mousse, enhanced with a little Tabasco and chives. Another advantage of this recipe is that it’s low in calories.

So, for the recipe, you need:
Ingredients:
– 10 medium-sized tomatoes
– 120 g of cream cheese
– 1 hard-boiled egg
– a can of tuna in brine
– Chives
– Salt and pepper

Tuna Mousse Stuffed Tomatoes

Step: 1
Start by washing the tomatoes, then cut off the top and empty them, and set them aside.

Step: 2
Drain the tuna, then put it in a blender with the cream cheese, chives, salt and pepper and blend for 1 minute.

Step: 3
Cut the egg into pieces, then mix it well with the rest of the preparation.

Step: 4
Start stuffing the tomatoes with the tuna mousse, then decorate with a little chives.

Step: 5
Serve the tomatoes stuffed with tuna mousse immediately, or place them in the fridge for a few minutes before serving.
