Italian Stromboli ๐ฎ๐น๐
๐ Ingredients:
**For the Dough:**
โ 3 cups all-purpose flour
โ 1 tsp salt
โ 1 tbsp granulated sugar
โ 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
โ 1 cup warm water
โ 2 tbsp olive oil
**For the Filling:**
โ 1/2 lb thinly sliced pepperoni
โ 1/2 lb thinly sliced salami
โ 1/2 lb thinly sliced provolone cheese
โ 1/2 lb thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
โ 1/2 cup sliced black olives
โ 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
โ 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
โ 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or parsley
โ 1 tsp dried oregano
โ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
โ Salt and pepper, to taste
**For Brushing:**
โ 2 tbsp olive oil
โ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
โ 1/2 tsp dried oregano
โ 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
