PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SLOPPY JOES

One pound of lean ground beef
1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 finely sliced yellow onion, 1 chopped green pepper
¼ cup of A-1 Steak Sauce and 1 cup of beef broth
Two slices of provolone cheese, one teaspoon of steak spice, hamburger buns, sliders, etc.

Instructions
Crumble the ground beef and sauté it with the onion, green pepper, and salt in a frying pan over medium-high heat until the meat loses its pink color. Run off.
Coat the ground beef with the cornstarch by stirring it into the meat and mixing it well. Steak seasoning, A-1 sauce, and beef broth should be added now. Combine all ingredients and heat until boiling.

Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring periodically, for 10 minutes over medium-low heat. Once removed from the heat, the mixture should thicken even more.
While the beef is cooking, toast the buns under a preheated broiler. Add butter to every bun. Grill for a short period of time.
Be cautious since they can easily burned.
