Seared Beef Tips with Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:

For the Beef Tips:
1 1/2 lbs (680g) beef tenderloin or sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
1/4 cup (60ml) Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup (60ml) beef broth
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Creamy Mashed Potatoes:
2 lbs (900g) russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
1/4 cup (60ml) whole milk
1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
