🌱 Ingredients:
– 2 cups grated zucchini
– 1 3/4 cups flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup buttermilk
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 1 tsp vanilla extract

Zucchini Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour a 9Γ—13 inch pan.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, combine zucchini, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, brown sugar, eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
4️⃣ Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5️⃣ Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
