Coffee and chocolate cake with lotus cream icing

Ingredients
For the cake:
• 200 g of all-purpose flour
• 200 g de sucre
• 200 g de beurre
• 4 eggs
• 50 g cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 pinch of salt
• 150 ml strong coffee (chilled)
• 100 ml of milk
For the lotus cream filling and filling:
• 400 g de crème Lotus Biscoff (crème biscuit caramel)
• Powdered sugar (to decorate)
