500g green beans (blanched)
¼ cup mushrooms
¼ Red, yellow and green peppers chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning
1 tin Tuna
½ cup mayonnaise or any dressing of your choice
1 tbsp fresh parsley
