INGREDIENTS:
2 cups sugar
1 cup of sparkling mineral water (important!)
4 eggs
2 cups flour
3 cups of nuts of your choice (e.g. hazelnuts, almonds, etc.), ground 1 pinch of salt
1 cup oil or butter, melted
1 sachet of baking powder
2 EL Cocoa powder, unground
