Ingredients:10 green asparagus, pre-cooked in salted and sugared water
10 slices of speck1 pack of fresh puff pastry
(275 g)1 egg150 g hollandaise sauce
Preparation:
1. Wrap the speck around the asparagus.
2. Then cut the strips of puff pastry and wrap them around the speck and asparagus.
3. Beat an egg and brush on the asparagus.
4. Bake at 200° for 25 minutes.
