Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan, ensuring all nooks and crannies are well coated.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
