– 4 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 12 egg roll wrappers
– Vegetable oil, for frying
