Bacon-Wrapped Cheddar Meatballs

Prepare the Meatballs:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form and Stuff the Meatballs:

Take a small amount of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center and wrap the meat around it, forming a ball. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture and cheese cubes.

Wrap with Bacon:

Wrap each meatball with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if necessary. Place the meatballs in a baking dish, evenly spaced.
