Baked Cauliflower Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

1 medium size cauliflower
3.5 oz (100g) grated mozzarella
2.5 oz (70g) grated parmesan
2/3 cup (85g) flour
1/4 cup (25g) breadcrumbs
3 medium eggs
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/8 cup (20ml) olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Baked Cauliflower Cheese Balls

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Cauliflower:

Grate the cauliflower into small crumbs using a food processor or a box grater.
Mix Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the grated mozzarella, grated parmesan, grated cauliflower, eggs, olive oil, flour, breadcrumbs, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed and the mixture holds together when pressed.
Shape Balls:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Shape the cauliflower-cheese mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
