Baked Egg, Sausage and Cheese Casserole

4 eggs
Salt, pepper to taste
200 ml cream
1 tomato
1 pepper
Spring onions
Herbs to taste
200g flour
4 sausages
100g cheese

Instructions:

Prepare the egg mixture:

In a large bowl, beat 4 eggs.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour in 200 ml cream and mix well.
Prepare the vegetables:

Dice 1 tomato and 1 pepper.
Finely chop the spring onions.
Add the diced tomatoes, pepper and chopped spring onions to the egg mixture.
Add herbs to taste and mix well.
Mix with flour:

Gradually add 200g flour to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
Prepare sausages and cheese:

Cut 4 sausages into bite-sized pieces.
Grate 100g cheese.
Add sausage slices and grated cheese to the mixture and mix.
Bake:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (355 degrees Fahrenheit).
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve:

Let the dish cool slightly before serving.
