Balloon Bread: A spicy accompaniment to enjoy with every recipe!

INGREDIENTS
300 g (1 ¾ cups) all-purpose flour;
10 g (2 teaspoons) sugar;
5 g (¾ teaspoon) salt;
7 g dry yeast;
120 ml (½ cup) warm water;
120 ml (½ cup) warm milk;
15 ml (1 tablespoon) vegetable oil.

Whisk the flour with the sugar, salt and yeast.
Pour in the liquids: water, milk and oil.
Knead the dough until smooth, then form a ball, cover and let rest for 1 hour.
Cut the dough into 6 pieces, roll each one and let rest for 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a disk, then cook over medium heat without oil for 50 seconds, turn over, cook for 30 seconds, turn over again and wait for it to puff up.
You can serve immediately or brush the flatbread with the parsley and hot vegetable oil mixture.
