Banana and Hazelnut Rolls in Puff Pastry
Unroll the puff pastry on a cutting board and cut into strips.
Peel the bananas and cut in half. Fill the center with hazelnut cream.
Wrap the filled bananas with the puff pastry strips and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush the banana rolls with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until the pastry is golden and puffed.
Serve hot on a serving platter.
