Banana Pudding Rice Krispie Treats

I have been making these for a long time, and people always go crazy for them. They look like a special snack made at home.

Ingredients:

• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 packet (10 ounces) small marshmallows
• 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

For the Banana Pudding Layer:

• 1 package instant banana pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
• 2 cups cold milk
• 1 cup sliced bananas

Optional Topping:

• Whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
