Banana Zucchini Muffins

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Fold in the mashed bananas and grated zucchini until evenly distributed.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined. If using, fold in the chopped walnuts or chocolate chips.
