Bourbon Glaze Meatloaf

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper, beaten egg, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
In a small saucepan, heat the bourbon over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, or until it reduces slightly.
Brush the bourbon glaze over the meatloaf.
