Brilliant! Did you know about this?

Start by dusting ceiling fans, light fixtures, and high shelves. Work your way down to surfaces like countertops and tables. Use a microfiber cloth, which traps dust rather than pushing it around. Don’t forget to dust baseboards and corners where dust tends to accumulate.
How to Dust Properly:
Tools: Microfiber cloth, dusting wand for hard-to-reach places.
Solution: Mix 1 cup of water with 1 tablespoon of vinegar in a spray bottle. Lightly mist your cloth before dusting.
3. Clean Windows and Mirrors
Clean windows and mirrors with a streak-free solution. For a natural alternative, you can make your own glass cleaner at home.
DIY Glass Cleaner Recipe:
Ingredients: 1 cup water, 1 cup vinegar, 1 tablespoon rubbing alcohol, a few drops of essential oil (optional).
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a spray bottle. Spray onto glass and wipe with a microfiber cloth or a squeegee.
4. Deep Clean the Carpets and Upholstery
Carpets and upholstered furniture can trap dirt, dust, and allergens. Use a steam cleaner to deep clean carpets, or rent a machine if you don’t have one. For upholstery, test a small area first and use a fabric cleaner that’s safe for your material.
Carpet Cleaning Solution:
Ingredients: 1 cup vinegar, 2 cups warm water, 2 teaspoons baking soda.
Instructions: Mix the solution and apply to stains using a cloth or brush. For general cleaning, add the solution to your steam cleaner’s reservoir.
5. Disinfect High-Touch Areas

Door handles, light switches, and remote controls are some of the most touched surfaces in your home. Wipe them down with a disinfecting solution to kill germs.
