Broccoli Cheese Balls

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

2. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.

3. In a large skillet, heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

4. Carefully add the broccoli cheese balls to the hot oil, a few at a time, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

5. Use a slotted spoon to remove the balls from the oil and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.

6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
