Caramelized Crème Brûlée Cheesecake

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix crumbs and butter, press into pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and cream.
Pour over crust, bake until set.
Cool, refrigerate. Before serving, sprinkle sugar and torch until caramelized.
