Cheesy Garlic Bread Recipe (No Kneading Required)

For the Garlic Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt 20g (2 tbsp) of unsalted butter.
Add 7g (1/2 tbsp) of minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
Stir in 15g (1 1/2 tbsp) of sugar (adjust to your liking), 1/2 tbsp of dried parsley, and 1/4 tsp of salt.
Remove the sauce from heat and drizzle it over the baked cheese bread.
Sprinkle 40g of Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
