For the sauce
1. Heat 1 tbsp butter
2. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic
3. Stir and Cook for few seconds
4. Add 1-2 tsp red chilli flakes
5. Stir quickly
6. Add half cup sweet chilli garlic sauce
7. 1 tbsp honey (optional)
8. Half cup chopped coriander (optional)
9. Stir in few seconds
10. Add juice of lemon juice
11. Garnish with bagel seasoning and chopped shallots
