Creamy Dulce de Leche with 2 Ingredients
In a saucepan, combine the milk and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Place the saucepan over medium heat.
Stir continuously until the mixture begins to boil, thickens, and turns a light beige color.
When the mixture starts to pull away from the sides of the pan, turn off the heat.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Let it cool completely before serving.
