Crock Pot Potato Broccoli Cheddar Soup

PREPARATION:
Sauté onion and garlic:– In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat.– Add minced onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.– Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more, until fragrant.2. Add vegetables:– Add diced potatoes, chopped broccoli, and diced carrots to the saucepan.– Pour in chicken or vegetable broth and stir to combine.3.
