Decadent Pumpkin Spice Fudge

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, butter, and heavy cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
Add the white chocolate chips and stir until fully melted and smooth.
Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Let the fudge cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
