DELICIOUS OAT AND CARROT CAKE __ DELICIOSO PASTEL DE AVENA Y ZANAHORIA
Elements :
1 cup oats (130 g)
1 cup of pure yogurt (250 ml)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of honey or syrup (50 g)
2 grated carrots (300 g)
2 grated apples (320 g)
Nuts (amount to style for adornment)
Directions :
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake tin roughly 23 cm in diameter.
In a big bowl, combine the oats with the pure yogurt and let sit for 10 minutes in order that the oats hydrate.
