Delicious pineapple pavé
Ingredients:
1 liter of milk
1 can of condensed milk
3 egg yolks, sifted
4 tablespoons cornstarch
50 g grated coconut for the cream
100 g grated coconut for topping
1 can of canned pineapple
1 small can of preserved cherries
1 can of ice cream without whey
3 egg whites, beaten into stiff peaks
4 tablespoons of sugar
300 g cornstarch or milk biscuits
2 cups of guarana for dipping the cookies (American style cup)
