1 onion, cut into half-moons

2 cans tuna in brine, drained
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 ladleful potato stock
20 g (0.7 oz) butter
Salt and black pepper to taste
180 ml (6 fl oz) warm milk
60 g (2 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
