Dessert Raffaello with cottage cheese and chocolate pudding
Mix the pudding powder and sugar, stir in 50 ml of milk until smooth.
Boil 450 ml of milk in a saucepan, remove from the heat, stir in the mixed pudding powder.
Bring to the boil again, stirring, and simmer over low heat for about 1 minute.
Let cool, mix the cottage cheese and sugar, whisk 300 ml of cream until firm and stir into the mixture.
If the cream is too thick for you, gradually add a little milk until you get the desired consistency. If you like, you can stir in a few Raffaellos.
First pour the fromage blanc mixture into a dessert dish, then spread the chocolate pudding.
