Dessert without condensed milk cream
next page Preheat the oven to 150°C.
In the Thermomix bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Stir for 10 seconds, speed 3. (Without Thermomix, whisk all the ingredients in a salad bowl.)
Divide the yogurt cream into 4 pots or ramekins. Place them in a large bowl half filled with hot water to make a bain-marie.
Cook the dish for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before covering the jars and placing them in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
