– After taking it out of the oven, pour the cold syrup over it.
– To prepare the pudding: Mix the milk with the sugar, starch and cocoa and put them over the fire and stir well until the mixture thickens, then remove it from the fire and add the vanilla and butter and stir well until the butter melts, then put it as a layer on top of the cake and cook it well. – To prepare the last layer: Melt 200 grams of chocolate with two tablespoons of milk over low heat, then add two tablespoons of milk and stir well, and put it as a thin layer in the tray or molds, put it in the refrigerator until it cools completely and the last layer of chocolate solidifies, then take it out and sprinkle cocoa on it and serve it.
