Easy Italian Parmesan Meatloaf with Gratin

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake tin.
Mix the minced meat, breadcrumbs, parmesan, onion, garlic, beaten egg, basil, salt and pepper.
Pour half into the tin and press down.
Add a layer of crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Cover with the rest of the meat, press down well.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Add the grated mozzarella and brown until golden.
Leave to rest before slicing and serving.
