Erdbeer-Vanillepudding-Schnecken

1.) For the yeast dough, put the milk and butter in a small saucepan and heat slowly on the stove over low heat until the milk is lukewarm and the butter has melted.

2.Crumble the yeast and stir.

Add the sugar, flour, egg, salt and vanilla extract and knead into a smooth dough.
If the dough is too sticky, knead in a little more flour.
Now cover the yeast dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.

3.) Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
4.) Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat.
5.) Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured work surface (about 0.5 cm thick).
Spread the vanilla pudding on the dough and spread the strawberry pieces on top.
Roll the dough into a log from the long side and press the end down.
