Grilled Steak with Herb Butter and Mashed Potatoes

For the Steak:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the steaks with olive oil, and season generously with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, and thyme. Set aside.
Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Top with the herb butter while resting.
For the Mashed Potatoes:
Boil the potato chunks in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter and milk.
Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

Serve the grilled steaks with a generous portion of mashed potatoes on the side. Enjoy your meal!
