zest of an orange
Preparation
Melt chocolate with buttercream.
Beat the eggs with sugar, then add flour.
Add chocolate, hazelnuts and orange zest to the egg mixture.
Butter and flour a baking dish (around 20/15 cm) and pour the mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160° for 10-15 minutes or until the surface is dry and slightly cracked.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
