Fruit Preparation:
Peel the mandarins, kiwis, persimmons, grapes, apple and banana and cut them into small pieces if necessary.
Hydration of Agar Agar:
In a small container, mix the agar agar with 50 ml of cold water and let it hydrate for the time indicated on the package (usually a few minutes).
Preparation of the Milk and Condensed Milk Compound:
In a saucepan, heat the 350 ml of milk without bringing it to the boil.

Pour the milk, condensed milk and sour cream/yoghurt mixture over the fruit, being careful to do everything quickly as the agar agar hardens very quickly.
Cooling and Solidification:
Place the dessert in the refrigerator until completely cooled and solidified. It will take at least 2 hours.
