Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
- Season the beef mixture with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared pie dish.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until well combined. Pour this mixture over the cheese and beef in the pie dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the pie cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the top and garnish with pickle slices. Add additional shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.
