Honey BBQ Meatballs

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix breadcrumbs with milk in a large bowl and let it sit for a few minutes.
Add ground beef, egg, onion, garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and paprika to the bowl; combine well using your hands.
Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; brown the meatballs on all sides.
Transfer browned meatballs to a baking dish.
Whisk together BBQ sauce, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a separate bowl.
Pour the honey BBQ sauce over the meatballs.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
