I make these probably more than a DOZEN times a year! People say it’s the best thing I make

Sugar, powdered, 2 cups
Apple juice or cider 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons-worth
Here are the directions:
Get your baking sheet ready and preheat the oven: Get your oven ready for 400°F, or 200°C. Coat an oven pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine with Dry What you need: Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a medium-sized mixing basin.

Melt the butter and combine it with the sugar, egg, vanilla, and applesauce in a big bowl. Whisk in the dry ingredients.
Combine the liquid and dry components: Combine the dry ingredients with the liquids by adding the flour mixture and stirring until smooth. Add the chopped apples and mix well.
Prepare a baking sheet and place it in the oven. Using a tablespoon, scoop 1 tablespoon of batter into mounds and space them a few inches apart. After 10 minutes, take it out of the oven.
The glaze is made by whisking together all of the glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
Broil after brushing glaze over fritters; excess glaze should drop from the edges. To get a caramelized glaze, broil for two to four minutes on high, turning the baking sheet once during that time.
Apply the last coat of glaze by brushing it evenly over the fritters that have been broiled. For around fifteen minutes, or until the glaze sets, lay the pan on a baking sheet.
