Layered Potato and Meat beef Casserole
Prepare the potatoes:
Boil the potatoes until tender. Let them cool, then peel and slice them.
Season with salt, black pepper and rosemary.
Prepare the eggs:
Boil the eggs until hard-boiled. Let them cool, then peel and chop them.
Sauté the vegetables:
Heat a little vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced carrots and onion and sauté until tender.
Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
Season with salt to taste.
Cook the ground beef:
In a separate skillet, heat a little vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Add the minced garlic, tomato paste, salt and black pepper. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes.
Assemble the casserole:
