Layered Potato and Meat Casserole

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
Arrange half of the potato slices on the bottom of the dish.
Add a layer of sautéed vegetables.
Add a layer of cooked ground meat.
Sprinkle with 1/3 of the grated cheese.
