Lemon marbled cheesecake bars

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking pan to form the crust.

3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

4. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

5. Stir in the vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon zest, sour cream, and flour. Mix until everything is combined.

6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan.

7. Using a knife or a toothpick, swirl the cheesecake mixture to create a marbled effect.

8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.

9. Allow the bars to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.

10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
